Managed to hold it together when I wanted to hide under the duvet and cry

The boiler's finished

Had the sense to use the work loo when I went to collect husband - the water at home was off a lot longer than I'd been told

Did long enough at husband's standing desk to know I would hate to have one

I got it to a nice height for sitting on the ball though

Made it to ball class

Got an assessment place for the work training 

Thankful for being flexible enough to manage the ball class and everyday tasks - walking, bending, stretching, that I can carry shopping and crouch down to unload the dishwasher etc.

For having friends 

For husband being fab, supportive and calming

Being in a good team at work and having a fab boss 

Initiative

Husband let me do him an egg for breakfast - happy to be taking a small share of the cooking

He sorted dinner out while I was stuck working

Discovered and corrected an issue - messages the boss to tell him what I was doing and he supports it

He replies quickly and usually agrees with what we've decided

Had a good chat with a team mate in the team meeting, he recommends some gardens I'm thinking about visiting 

Flowers

Still got myself to the woods

Enjoyed a fair backwards walk

And some time on the swings

Got my new plant soaked and into the garden

Did my duty seeing a friend

Firmly stated my boundary

Enjoyed chatting with husband after

Friend used the same scenario as me, and it was successful for her

A plant from a friend has flowered for the first time

Finally won the new game my plants are lovely, am enjoying the garden

Husband did roast pork, super yummy 

Got to sit out on the swing for a bit

Thankful it's the weekend and I got a lie in

Have started on the new waffle blanket - am pleased I figured out the pattern, and remembered how to do the foundation row - is a much better start to projects 

Hobbies

Found some files for the tokens I was looking for & husband printed them for me

Can reduce them to half size which will work better

Finally played the new game & enjoyed it

Got myself more settled into the tasks at work - & have started the bulk of the document

Messaged a few friends to make plans

Optimistic I have enough wool to make a blanket 

Found some really cool websites for visualising gaming data

Got a little bit more of the grass cut

Recovery

Felt better after messaging gaming guy to apologise 

Thankful for a lie in and the emergency Xanax

Got myself to the dentist and got parked ok

Got a choice of locations for referal, and one is much closer than where husband went 

Had plenty of time on parking ticket so had a wander through the park

The freedom to text my boss and take the day off

The crystal shop was closed so I got myself two the wool and treated myself to gorgeous wool 

The sensory gardens have annual passes again so I got myself one and enjoyed a wander round the gardens

Sat out on the swing for a bit

Got a video watched for the new game, thankful for playthroughs and the wealth of information available these days, is good to get a range of experiences and opinions

Got a lovely new plant for the front garden

Managed to get the canopy onto the swing myself 

Was feeling better by mid afternoon

Collected husband in time to collect my prescription too

He bought more chicken to make me more curry 

So thankful he takes care of the shopping and cooking 

And he brought me a treat 

Gaming

Gaming was good - game is much more fun with 4 players.  Looking forward to getting the 2 player version.

We've agreed to play the expansion next time.

It was warm enough to sit out on the swing, and the seat had dried

Got a walk round the block 

Workmate showed me his really cool toy 

Have chosen a date for gaming & he's going to show his new toy to husband (who I think will appreciate it)

Trouble shooting

Easily solved workmate's issues, and he's using a project I abandoned - am glad all that work's being out to use

Figured something else out today, notes for later

Looking forward to gaming tomorrow, & then I can play the expansion with husband which is much better than the base game

Ate the corn on the cob

Got out for a walk around the block - implementing better habits

Ama enjoying the crochet project I started 

Wool

Husband suggested a walk and it was nice being out with him again

A longer walk at lunch, & a visit to the chippie

Got my swing seat erected & had a little swing - the rain stayed away

Suggested wording to the boss and am ready to progress that 

Found some nice wool and have started another scarf - am enjoying the crochet, and the audiobook I'm really wanting is nearly available 

Scarves are easy to give away & fun to make

Glad they're not just clutter 

Relaxing

Gave myself a lovely lie in with crystal treatment, I have a fabulous collection 

Got everything except miniatures into the tapestry box and all the minis fit in the expansion box

The new pop husband got is lovely 

He did yummy roast pork

Made it to pilates 

For having space and storage for hobbies, giving away the table means I have room for pilates & yoga

Got a decent chunk of the garden mowed

Found a sizeable stone to move the dead bird with so I didn't have to touch it

Supermarket wasn't as bad as expected 

The fruit is really nice

Got the new expansion played, new track is interesting 

Had plenty of card sleeves for it

Have figured out how to set up solo game on the bed

Relax

Made it to work and got parked fairly close

Had a good couple of chats with the boss

Lunch was a good laugh

Caught up with office mates, & got walkies with my usual partner 

The nearby grass got cut 

Team meeting was also a laugh

Easily did more hours than expected

Packed away the old game and set the new one out, just have room

Boss has played Gloomhaven before

Was easy to remove shower spider from shower

Being able to take breaks as I need then, & a long lunch to get my mojo back

Made up some time with an issue that came in late, & I got seen to be helpful

Have enough work for tomorrow to keep avoiding the thing I'm avoiding

Trouble shooting workmate's issue was easy and I got to have sufficient input to intercept 

Meeting was better than I expected and I enjoyed the cuppa I had, also glad I took the water

Someone heard and passed on what I said, & it was accepted

I got a parking space and we got out of the carpark before most people tried

Got the rest of the front lawn cut and the mower reaches to the verge so I trimmed that too

The tapas restaurant does delivery now & the sweet potato fries crunched up nicely in the air fryer

Very glad we had no chores today and I could relax and not move much

The mint is doing well and the alpine in the front garden is getting good coverage

Getting fuel where I did yesterday meant I knew the road I wanted to take today was likely closed
I took the other road today, & the original choice was indeed closed
Arrived in good time, & got my library books returned
Blood results were fine, a few to keep an eye on & retest 6 monthly confirmed
He agreed to the dose reduction

Organised lunch with a friend for tomorrow
& found out about garden tours in time to arrange to get to one!

Noticed the printing was off early in the process & got it stopped, not much waste

For access to playthroughs & reviews so I can check out games before buying them

Husband instantly ordered the thing I sent him the link to

Thankful I was on good form for the day

Picked up a project that's been on hold and I was enjoying it

Healing

My boss is happy for me to take time off if I need it, or even if I just want to

That I am mobile and fit enough to do stairs and to walk where I need to and carry things 

For having friends in work and enjoying catching up with some today

That I am generally healthy and pain-free 

That my body functions with few interventions 

That I have responded well to the medication I'm on and am stable, is great to be in a position to even consider reducing the mirtazapine 

That I have a doctor and access to nurse and services 

The few allergies I have remind me to be thankful because they could be so much worse, and I have seasonal allergies rather than food allergies 

For having done the Reiki and the crystal course

That I can do self treatments and have friends who will send me Reiki 

I can feel the care and support 

Another friend is looking forward to doing Reiki on me

I have plenty in my life that brings me joy

For pulling the healing angel card tonight as I'm looking for support

She cancelled the Dr appointment for me and did the bloods

Proud of myself for making ball class, thankful friend runs them online so I can go

Thankful for being close enough to walk to the shops

Lunchtime chips were really nice

Husband signed a leaving card for me (without being asked), and put into the collection 

The little tins of tuna are a nice size portion for me

We can play a round of the board game I like in less than 10 mins which makes it great for lunchtime

Husband even suggested playing it tonight

He buys cool things, thinking about the board games, he's happy to take chances buying things & gets things he thinks I'll like.  He's also randomly got me computer games too.  Generous 

Having spending money and being able to afford to treat ourselves

Got the H-4 I was aiming for and got to experience what happens with the challenge 

Someone sent me in-site currency for a website I joined so I could get the in-site badges

I managed to choose some rather than being overwhelmed by the choices

Glad I was there so corrections for resolved straight away & the scanning is complete 

We picked up the gifts from work and can stay home for the rest of the week

Made it to pilates and it was easier than I expected

Weather stayed dry for the walk 

Remembered to take my travel mug for hot chocolate 

Live close enough to come home to the loo and avoid the portaloos

Friend found an orchid in the garden I would never have noticed

Moved on to a different game, one that I like better than the one we just played but that husband likes

Finished the shawl, had enough wool to make it 

Have plenty of hobby supplies to keep me going

The Elastoplast is wide enough to cover my bite so will hopefully prevent me scratching it

Finished the first book and I like the way the author started book 2 with a recap rather than scattering the info throughout 

Hobbies

Husband got the juice I said I liked

He also got nice bread 

Sharing maltesers watching TV, for things we both like 

For having a comfy sofa and a TV to, so we can relax

He's replacing the carpet joiner so neither of us trip over the lifting carpet

Glad there are extra wide ones so it doesn't matter the edges of the carpet are frayed

When the waitress brought my friend's gammon and overheard that I'd ordered the wrong topping, she came back with the extra topping for her.

Milk

Friend's card wasn't working so I used mine to get her milk bottle & milk from the garden centre machine.
