Well balanced

Managed to get up in time for a shower before the walk

Walk was ok, mostly dry

Had a good chat with the coffee van man

Remembered to get fuel 

Hoovered the stairs - much easier with hand held

Doing well with the dose decrease

Weather is cooler, and hay fever has eased
