I was energised today, cleaned the kitchen & husband noticed. It looks lovely clean
The curry he made me is yummy
& I just remembered to put it in the freezer
Found out about cool new features in the tracking app. Still getting hours of entertainment from it
Enjoying the cooler weather & the hay fever is easing
The dose reduction seems to be having no ill effect now
